The firm often makes baseless and unscientific claims on social media - purporting the woke agenda, which is concerning from a legal standpoint.

As legal professionals, there is a duty to uphold the law with integrity and professionalism.

Unfortunately, this firm seems more focused on promoting baseless claims about equal outcome/DEI, rather than providing sound legal advice. There is a lack of awareness about how systems work - many false equivalencies are drawn and character assassination attempts made on public figures.

I would advise potential clients to seek representation elsewhere, where the focus is on legal expertise and factual accuracy. Operating under a social agenda qualifies the firm as compromised of its duty & ethics. Bias becomes more prevalent.

Michael Bradley, Damian Strurzaker, Nathan Mattock and Kristy Dixon are some of the workers here, among many others, who should be avoided.

They know their law but it did take nearly 2 years from when I first contacted them to when I was appointed Administrator of my mother's estate. My guess is that they give priority to more lucrative work.

Explanatory note: I contacted a “wills & estates” lawyer here in Melbourne but they said I needed to contact a lawyer in NSW where my mother died. I asked for the name of one and was told of Marque Lawyers. I don’t know why as they are not primarily “wills & estates” lawyers but I accepted this suggestion in good faith.

Also, to be fair to Marque Lawyers, the 2 year wait was partly due to the fact that my mother didn’t leave any will (that we could find).
