Completely unprofessional and a huge disappointment. I engaged Eastcoast Conveyancing for a simple family property sale. I was in clear and detailed communication with them for weeks, providing all the necessary documents and making it clear it was a legitimate family transaction with valuations already completed. They were fully aware of the situation. Then, out of nowhere, on a Saturday, I received this frustrating email saying they couldn't represent me. It completely ruined my weekend. It’s unacceptable to pull out at the last minute after having weeks to review all the information. I immediately went to a different company, East Gippsland Conveyancing. They took on the exact same case and had everything sorted in just one day, no questions asked. The entire process went smoothly right through to settlement. This proves Eastcoast Conveyancing's decision was baseless and their service was completely unprofessional.

Do not trust this company. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

We had the unfortunate experience in December 2024 of having the person A.B as the Vendor's Conveyancer for a property Settlement.
A.B was exceptionally unprofessional, overwhelmed and unresponsive to the many attempts of our Conveyancer and that of the Real Estate Agent. This led to extreme frustration and anxiety for the others involved, as we would be missing the Settlement date due to their incompetence.
My tip: I would not recommend you go with A.B.
(Victorian properties can easily be settled via the PEXA App, so choose yourself a competent Conveyancer for any of your settlement needs going forward.)
