I've read the reviews and have to disagree about Cate, she has been nothing but supportive, helpful and is always prompt to reply to any of my questions via email. This is our first time buying a property and if for some reason we buy in the future, I will definitely use Cate and recommend her to others.

I have read all the reviews and ant least feel vindicated in my assessment of Cate Morgan and her complete lack of diplomacy and manners.Considering the reviews how do they stay in business? She represents someone I am attempting to do business with and as I am using a third party to communicate her dismissive attitude is even more atrocious. If not for privacy reasons I would post her responses to give an example. They get one star because eventually they respond to emails!!!

I highly recommend Ian McCubbin and associates. Cate and Ian were fantastic to deal with, they made the process so easy for me and my settlement went through without any issues and on the due date. Cannot thank you both enough.

Cate is the rudest (so called) contact professional I have ever experienced in my life. Unable to accept simple instructions, then carry them out. Passive aggressive - and putting the blame back on client for her own lack of professionalism. A simple matter (it would seem) - and says its her clients fault - I've never come across anyone so rude on the phone - talking over you, won't listen to her paying clients view points, and hangs up when you ask her to listen.
Quite unbelievable - I should have checked out previous reviews here before contracting her services. She didn't keep me informed of changes in settlement - would never recommend this service due to the extremely poor customer service provided by Cate Morgan. She made simple mistakes and was unable to acknowledge her role in their occurrence.
Her written prose is full of grammatical errors leading to more confusion and then blames her clients for not understanding the underlying meaning.
Strongly recommend avoiding this service - and in particular Cate Morgan for her extremely poor written and phone communication.

I have been working with Cate for over 15 years for a number of real-estate transactions and find she is the best in the business. Very knowledgeable and on the ball. She is direct but honest and friendly and the one you want on your side if there is any issues with the transaction. 10/10!

Quite possibly the rudest interaction I have had with someone over the phone. Cate, who has been mentioned in many of the other reviews, will talk to you like a piece of sh** and then have the gaul to debate the point when you point out her rudeness.
Should you need anything by way of conveyancing I would highly recommend Ian Robertson (also in Diamond Creek), who unlike McCubbin, are wonderful to deal with.

As a Conveyancer who has had the unfortunate circumstances of having to deal with Cate and Ian on a mutual matter which is due to settle today, I am not surprised to read the multiple reviews as to their rudeness, as this is all I have experienced from Cate. Having never dealt with her prior to this matter, I was taken aback. During my first telephone conversation with her (if you can call it that), I barely managed to get her client's name out of my mouth before I was cut off and told rudely that she was dealing with matters for that day and that "nagging her was not going to change anything". She then hung up on me despite still trying to get a word in. I was incredulous at her behaviour. I tried calling back only to get Ian who -when I relayed the conversation- was equally as dismissive and rude at me and didn't care that this was the behaviour one of his staff members was delivering. That was just 1 phone call. All correspondence since then has been equally, if not more horrible and I have been nothing but stressed and frustrated trying to deal with them to settle the matter. Up until an hour before settlement, they had not completed their tasks and refused to do anything when i requested action, instead choosing to call me "annoying" in my second phone call (Cate) and again hung up on me. Her dealings with other colleagues has been equally as painful. I am loathed to even give them 1 star, but google does not offer the option of none. I sincerely hope I do not have to deal with Cate again.
