Guests who visited the mountain on a wet, rainy, and windy day regretted their decision due to the lack of shade or seating areas. However, those who visited on a clear day were able to enjoy the beautiful views. Parking is available, but it can be challenging to spot the toilets.

The climb is considered awesome, and the views are rewarded with a stunning panorama of the city. However, visitors are advised to avoid visiting during rainy weather due to the challenging conditions.

Visited this place on a wet, rainy / windy day and was really regretted the decision as there was no shade or seating place.

The view could be nicer if it's a clear weather, however not recommended to visit if it's rainy as you will not most likely to enjoy.

Parking is available as there are parking spots. Unable to spot any toilets around.

Thereโ€™s a tap to refill your water bottle at the top of Mount Ainslie. Itโ€™s located near the park benches at the lookout. There are no toilets at the lookout. No shelter. There is car parking at the lookout. Excellent views of Canberra and the Australian Capital Territory.

It's a great walk up, takes about 40+60 minutes for moderate to slow pace. It's a nice mostly paved path up with a few steps towards the end. Great view of Canberra, the war memorial and parliament house at the top. There's also a water fountain at the top, which is handy. If you don't like walking you can cheat and drive up.
