Have really appreciated the regular updates and contacts by the Property Collective, in particular Nathan Page, in purchasing my Googong property. The regular online updates on the build are great, including arial views of the development and progress of the building.

Do not rent your property with this company!

We initially had an excellent experience working with Mark and Chloe. They were attentive, helpful, and delivered everything they promised.

Without any notice, we discovered they had left. Hannah Gill (the owner) tried to cover it up by shifting the blame onto them when it had absolutely nothing to do with them!

From that point, everything went downhill:

- Bills went unpaid, leaving us with late penalties.
- Huge delays in response times.
- They didn't do any routine inspections which was a major concern, it was lucky we had great tenants who looked after the property.
- Extremely high staff turnover - every time we called meant being passed to yet another new, inexperienced plank with no idea what they were talking about.
- Reception lady Lilan was rude, dismissive and even hung up on us one time without letting me finish.

Save yourself the stress, look elsewhere, or manage the property yourself.

Don't buy into the BS fantasy marketing you see online.

Obi went above and beyond, every step of the way with such engagement and generosity that we never felt like we were asking too much. He walked alongside us, making the whole process feel less like a challenge and more like a team adventure.

Obi’s communication was brilliant: clear, timely, confident, friendly and always responsive. He didn’t just wait to be asked, he was already there offering help at every stage and always had a thoughtful recommendation ready to go. He also sensed when we needed a beat to process, and graciously left space for that.

From coordinating trades to juggling marketing strategies for the launch, Obi was our saviour. And when it came to open homes and negotiations, he brought all the energy, positivity, mastery and heart we could have hoped for.

We honestly can’t imagine how we would have done this without Obi’s skill, support, unwavering enthusiasm, and calm guidance. He made it all feel possible and even enjoyable!

We’re very happy with the outcome and we highly recommend Obi and the Property Collective wholeheartedly to anyone and everyone.

Obi, you’re a total legend!

In early 2024 we were at a point in our lives where we were thinking of downsizing.

We first met Ben Wilson and Lauren Laing when we purchased an apartment off the plan at Woden Green, and The Property Collective were the project’s realty agents. After we had put down our deposit for the apartment, we asked Ben and Lauren if they could come and appraise our family home in Red Hill and list it for us.

Their advice to us during our preparation of the property, prior to the professional styling and marketing was very much appreciated, they could see the potential in our family home, their vision of how it could look, they advised us on ways to give our home a more modern look , and it looked fabulous for the sale.

The Property Collective used small Canberra businesses for our:
marketing video;
house furniture and décor styling;
indoor and outdoor plants;
carpets and flooring;
window furnishings;
building inspection; and
conveyancing,.

All project managed by Ben and Lauren.

We very much liked that they used Canberra small businesses, and we loved talking to them all as they came and went in our home, and it was a pleasure to deal with them all.

Ben and Lauren and The Property Collective, managed the whole process of styling, minor maintenance works, the marketing, both online and on site and we had excellent numbers reviewing our home online, prior to the first open inspection, and had great numbers through the home on the open house days.

Both Ben and Lauren were in contact with us often and we felt confident with their marketing approach. The house entered the market and sold at auction within 4 weeks. The final sale result met our expectations.

We would not hesitate to recommend Ben and Lauren, and the Property Collective to our friends or anyone who is thinking of selling; purchasing; or renting their property, and in need of an experienced realtor company and staff.

We valued their honesty and advice.

Ben, Lauren and the Property Collective value their clients and they show it through their coordinated management approach to selling your property.

The Property Collective, in Particular Annelies Bindley has not disappointed!! Annelies promised the world and delivered the world. She was outstanding in her professionalism, always communicating and diligently working for us as sellers. She also represented our buyer, reassuring and supporting every step of the way. Even though our home took a long time to sell, she didn't lose any enthusiasm!! We truly appreciated her support and assistance through this challenging time. Well done to her. Can I mention too, that the correspondence from The Property Collective was always timely and appreciated.
All in all, I would highly recommend both Annelies and The Property Collective!!
