As tenants we received poor service from the Property Manager. We feel that she purposely withheld information from us which was negatively impactful on our finances.
She was slow to respond, rude, misleading & unprofessional. It took 6 months of continuously chasing her up for information or even a response, for us to be able to finalise our dealings with this company.
Could not recommend engaging this business as a tenant & have provided feedback to the owner of the property advising them of the way this business has represented them so poorly.

Michael Ceacis is a rare gem amongst a bunch of Realestate agents who only look after themselves and those of their friends first (experienced personally many times in the past from well known agents).
