I went in to purchase some magazines for my business, keeping my purchases local to support locally.
My 5year old daughter was a little excited to have her cousins with her so she was a little hyperactive.
I asked her nicely twice to calm down on the third warning a had to raise my voice. I had barely finished my sentence when an extremely aggressive woman came out behind the counter screaming at me about disciplining my child and back in her day blah blah blah. I tried to explain I was dealing with it but she continued screaming at me making judgements about my so called parenting. I had no choice but to drop what I was going to purchase and leave the shop. The most rudest experience I have had in this town to date and I’ve been here over 30years.

The man that served me has no customer service skills was rude to a lady staff member infront of other customers. Being a little country town i dont know how he stays in business & from what i hear from a couple of locals he is always rude ,if you dont like dealing with the public maybe you should rethink your job or retire ,it cost 0 dollars to be happy & polite person😊

If your after an experience of disrespect, this is the place to go. Customer Service, What customer service? However, they have no problem treating their patrons as if we are WORTHLESS! SHAME ON THEM! I won't be shopping there ever.
