Leaving a review for Taryn, Principle at Priority Residential. Last year we leased a property through Priority Residential. It coincided with the Property Manager going on Maternity Leave the day before our lease started. It was a new on their rental list and the previous tenant had been there for 10 years without requesting any maintenance. It was a house we could see being home, but it needed some love. Taryn is incredibly down to earth and approachable. Being a tenant, having to request so much maintenance, is nerve racking. You never know how it will be received. Taryn had no problem acting on requests, with respect and kindness. Not many Principle agents would show tenants the same care and respect they would their buyers. Taryn does. If you're looking for someone to manage your rental property, you're in good hands with Taryn.

I was looking for an agent to help me rent out my property. Taryn Phillips reached out to me. She sounded so lovely and dealt with all my queries and requests extremely well and very patiently so I decided to go with her. From that moment on, she’s been looking after me with a very warm heart, excellent knowledge, professionalism and efficiency. I moved into a rental during the covid-19 QLD lockdown and moved out during cyclone Alfred and the following rain event. The team at Priority residential were absolutely amazing.
Right from when my daughter and my first look ed at the property to the final hand over the team were very helpful, friendly and had no problems coming up with a solution for any problem we had during this five year tenancy.
They kept us informed and updated with plenty of notice to any changes in their staff situation, all entry notices had more than adequate lead times and maintenance requests were seen to in a timely manner.
If you are considering them as your next real-estate, don't hesitate I highly recommend them.
