Absolutely disgracefull, this place needs to be looked at by the government. The staff are rude and inconsiderate not approachable and can't help with anything , Considering they call themselves "mentors" and are so depressed with there own lives they seem to project that on the clients. DO NOT GO HERE 👎👎👎👎👎 FIVE THUMBS DOWN.

Rude and arrogant and donot listen. One lady there has been so good with me this whole time only to be treated badly by another. Walked in a literally told them I have a full-time job. Missed a phone call only a few days later and tried to call on several occasions in my 10 minute breaks, which I did explain first up o ly to be messed around. Was blocked by them on centrelink so can't report. Starting a new job and adjusting g to full time hours I certcould have done without this stress. Cheers.

Exceptional rude female staff.Abusive over phone calls cancelling appointments not acceptable taking complaints further .
Just out right rude.
Train your staff correctly. This is unacceptable
