Natasha Hynes and the team at Ponting Hynes were great. They have prepared Testamentary Trust wills for my husband and for me. They also went over the trust deeds for the current family trusts to ensure that they were up to date, relevant to our needs and served our purposes. Natasha also prepared a power of attorney for my business so if something happens to me (eg I am in hospital and unable to run my business), someone else is authorised to step in and run it for me. My business wont grind to a holt if I am incapacitated! I find the concepts around testamentary trusts and company powers of attorney quite complex, but Natasha simplified the process for me in a way that I could clearly understand and feel assured that my estate planning was designed in a way to provide the best outcome for my business and my family. Her team are also wonderful. I wish I could have a Barb of my own in my business! I am so pleased that that this important item of "life admin" has been completed. I would recommend Ponting Hynes to anyone wanting a lawyer who is straight forward, down to earth, clever and makes you feel comfortable!
