Nicole's brand promises a personal, human-centric approach to really smart wealth advice, and for the first year, she delivered on this promise brilliantly. The initial strategy and execution were exceptional, we found our way towards a high trust relationship.

Unfortunately, the trust disappeared the moment we tried to explore the high cost for our second year of advice. The strategy was set and all we needed was support to keep the plan going. We expected bigger requirements in the years ahead. We hoped for a long term partnership. Unfortunately the renewal fee didn't match our perception of our needs for the 12 months ahead.

After we asked the question about the fee, we got back a pretty impersonal response about the high costs of giving financial advice. After this, there was no follow-up, no exit conversation, and no handover to ensure we could confidently manage the plan she had built ourselves. After months had past, when we asked about a handover we were offered a couple of links that didn't really help us unpick what had been set up on our behalf.

It's a huge disappointment to us that the service from Nicole, which started so strongly, ended in a way that felt transactional and impersonal. We unfortunately were left feeling like many people do up against financial services businesses in this country as just another number.
