So much easier to do your tax with E-Tax then anyone. Straight forward. I have been using them for a few years now without any issues. I tried a few other places and they were not as good. Definitely a life member!

I use them every year and they make it so easy, I really appreciate that. As long as there's no change to my circumstances, everything is pre-filled with last year's info, I just read through, click a few buttons and sign. Takes less than 5 minutes, $80 and I'm getting secure and accurate tax returns. I don't even know how other people are doing their taxes but I highly recommend Etax Accountants x

DO NOT USE! HOLDING YOUR RETURN DO NOT PAY YOU MONEY! Come accross these guys based on review submitted return thruogh them. Return been pre-done by my CPA accountant and I have decided to lodge thruogh the agency to make sure. Firstly, their so called accountants completely not qualified to do do returns especisially involving investemtn property. They have no idea about expenses categories and correct allocaiton of expenses. My accountant spent time to educate them and eventually (after couple of days) we agree the figure. Return been lodge with ATO and money been paid to their account but now they are holding money under disgiuse of "additional checks by senior accountant" as they say and not transferrring to me. I told them that all checks must be done before and they must transfer me money and do their further checks as long as they want, but they are not, still holding my money and refuse to transfer to my account. Going to complain to Tax Practitioner Board, AFCA and ATO. Please be mindful and DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY could especislly significant amounts you may be at risk!!! These poistive feedbacks probably form people doing personal return for couple of bucks or friend, may be bots, but with serios buisness guys really STAY AWAY! Be careful as the rating can be inflated now using paid bots which google still undentify as real users.

Highly recommended to give the site a chance when doing your tax returns. Excellent customer service and very easy to use. Have been using them for three years now and Im so glad I found Etax. Saved so much money and I know it's done correctly. Also, help is always available on chat or emails. Really simple. Thank you so much Etax.

I couldn't fault the Etax process and admin staff. The online system was user friendly and easy to follow, and the staff were quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. They were also very reasonable with their fees, and saved me so much time and heartache.

Etax will rip you off!

I was referred to Etax from a friend and so tried doing a tax return through them. All they did is ask for the same information the ATO website asks. Which I could/should have done myself.

They charged hundreds of dollars, causing me to lose money on the tax return.

There are far better offers out there!

Would give a zero if I could. I have used the service provided from Etax for the last 10 years with no problems. BUT this year is one thing after another. Wasn't going to let me claim work specific clothing. I forwarded all invoices/receipts etc. Communication is very poor and slow. Will be looking for another service/account moving forward.
