Tried to donate some nice conditions traditional Chinese books I brought from Taiwan. Got told they are all too old even 2018 books and nobody wants to read Chinese books 🙂 And said she cannot put them on book sale either because they are in Chinese and nobody wants to buy books in Chinese. I am not here to sell them, I just want to donate them and hope someone visiting the library can enjoy them. It is ok, I will post on internet for people to pick up for free and hope someone can enjoy them.

Fantastic, nice and homely and good range of books and helpful staff. Also has plenty of seating areas and includes a toy library. Ample parking with 2hr time limit. Handy electronic after hours return chute.

I drive out of my way to this pearl of libraries. Wonderful ambiance fantastic collection of books DVD audio plus foreign language and project boxes for loan. Very forward thinking. Quiet spaces are brilliant. Beautiful views to outside without being a distraction. Lastly the staff...the wonderful friendly hard working staff .. make a visit soon. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful library with great natural light! I always look for a desk to study next to a window, I don’t like studying facing a wall like at other libraries, and here I found nice spots to sit. There’s a coffee machine and water dispenser which is a plus. Thanks!

Now comes the issue:
Even though there’s a quiet room, you can still hear the teenagers laughing and talking very loud while playing video games in the room next door, I understand they are having some fun but man it is still a library! not the living room of a house

small but lovely library

didn’t expect this small city library having a beautiful studying area and esp like the corner for children, you can see koala playing on swing and a big zumba sitting next to you, it’s indeed happy studying under this lovely environment(:

Really nice!! I have been going here for years now and I just love how nice the environment is, especially how there is a quiet room to study or read, unlike other library's, which I find super useful. Staff are very friendly. Only thing I wish was different is if it stayed open til 7:00pm on weekdays instead of closing at 6:00pm, Thursday's aside.

Went inside the building and it's a comfotable setting with heaps of things you can do- also have panflits for information which is useful. Lovely staff whom helped me find my way to my job interview, glad you all came to my rescue! Would come back soon 😊

I stuck in to submit a timesheet for work as I was on the road all day, and instead got stuck sitting on the floor looking at books. After risking my pay and submitting with only minutes to spare, I walked out and realised I forgot how much I love libraries. The staff were super super friendly and it was set out awesome. Has to be up there with my faves in Adelaide. Has an AWESOME inclusive/neurodiversity section.
