We recently had our gas stove tops serviced, along with a regulator and hose replacement, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The company was very responsive to our job request and contacted us promptly to arrange a time. Woody, the plumber who attended, arrived on time and was both professional and knowledgeable.

We have not had full use of our stove top in the 4-5 years that we have lived here, and I am now very excited to say that everything is working perfectly.

He took the time to ensure everything was safe and compliant, explaining things clearly along the way. Woody was also very respectful of our home; he worked neatly and made sure to clean up thoroughly once the job was done.

Dishonest and unethical - I recommend avoiding. I regret not having checked reviews before engaging Rosetta Plumbing to fix a blocked laundry trough. They spent approx 20 mins onsite, pouring chemical down the drain and changing one small piece of hardware (a P trap). For this, they charged $664 and claimed it was 2.75 hrs work. When I queried the time charged, they explained that it included travel time (their company is located 20 mins away). I politely responded that the time was still inaccurate, even allowing for travel. They then claimed that I was wrong and asked me to provide evidence of the time the two plumbers spent on site. They then pressured me to pay immediately or they would arrange a debt collector. I responded that I had no issue paying and reiterated that they'll need to correct their invoice. I then read reviews from numerous customers who had experienced this same issue with Rosetta (use the "invoice" filter). The Manager was quite nasty, as you will see in his response to other reviews - and I anticipate the same response to mine.

Matt at Rosetta came out to give us his opinion about having a second toilet installed in our very small home. He was very kind and gave us a really good quote, along with a good deal of follow-up advice about the project. We have dealt with Rosetta for a very long time and have found them very efficient and understanding.

The Rosetta Group are a pleasure to deal with. They responded to a call out to attend and repair a badly, leaking water pipe and had a plumber on site the next day as promised. The guy who attended was great and kept me informed of the progress. They went out of their way to repair the problem and also clean up. I can highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to use them for all future plumbing works.
