You tend to ignore wait time.. when you get exceptional customer service.
All the operation officers are patient and helpful but a special shout out to Tanveer on desk 6 today. Very knowledgeable and kind.. accommodated me second time without any wait or hesitation or frustration after seeing 4 applications in my hand.. answered all the queries about OCI renewal in future etc. Made sure applications were completed in all aspects.

Entire staff deserves all the respect and appreciation.

Suggestion - if there could be a separate queue for senior citizens and parents coming with infants. Space would be less crowded without prams and infants wont go cranky and mothers wont need to find a corner to feed their babies.

We had been to VFS, Melbourne for our OCI application and were pleasantly satisfied with the service and guidance provided. Specifically would like to mention the staff member Ruby Kaur, who assisted us in our OCI application. She was diligent in checking the details and let us know if something else was required. She was quite professional and pleasant in her demeanour. She assisted us and was happily responding to our queries and made the whole application process enjoyable.

We were very happy for the service that she provided and wish we are assisted by her for any of our future appointments with VFS.

Hi there,
VFS is always extremely busy, which shows a lack of support staff. I’d strongly recommend hiring a few more staff members to give the current team some breathing space.
However, the existing staff are very supportive and handle queries really well. Based on my recent experience, Ruby was especially helpful — she supported me in resolving my queries, even though I reached out to her multiple times. I truly appreciate her dedication. The way she handles customers is truly amazing.

Extremely disappointing experience. I had to wait for over 4 hours, which is completely unacceptable. The staff member named Ayesha R was especially rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. She showed a clear lack of professionalism, refused to answer questions properly, and displayed a poor attitude throughout the interaction. I would give this place zero stars if that were possible. This kind of behavior and service is not acceptable.

Vfs Office was a nightmare to visit. The place was severely overcrowded, with no seating available, forcing people to sit on the floor out of desperation. The staff's rude behavior only added to the frustration. A more organized and customer-friendly approach is desperately needed."

Even though the wait time at VFS Global was quite long, once it was my turn, Ranjithay was extremely helpful. She carefully reviewed my application and even suggested re-uploading a few documents to ensure everything was correct. I quickly updated and printed the documents within 5 minutes, and she guided me smoothly through the submission process.

Ranjithay was very humble, patient, and supportive throughout the process. I truly appreciate her efforts and would highly recommend her. She definitely deserves recognition for her amazing work and professionalism.
