I moved my Accounts to Arrive start of financial year 2023. I have just found out my 2023 returns have still not been lodged or even started. What a joke. My bookkeeper has all accounts up to date for them. No contact. I discovered they weren't lodged when I needed my returns so contacted them. DO NOT USE THEM!

Update: the barrage of emails received harassing me regarding my review before posting your response makes it even clearer how unprofessional you are. The reality is 2 years of wasted opportunity and paying excessive tax with my growing business is so detrimental to my financial situation. This needs to be heard.
