Josh was brilliant throughout my whole matter! I had initially went to Sydney Criminal Lawyers in the city, a company that has over 900 5 star reviews, the man I had a consultation with from that firm instructed me to plead guilty to all 3 counts that i had been charged with, and give him $4000 (without reading the facts sheets).

It was then suggested to me by a friend that I should go to Mckenzie and McLoughlin Law for a second opinion. I phoned Josh, he instructed me straight away to get the facts sheet from the police station before our consultation. During our consultation we agreed that pleading not guilty to these charges was the best course of action.

Josh went over and above with the advice and support throughout the whole matter, he covered every angle. He was very meticulous with going through the brief of evidence and even though I am a backpacker and not a resident, he showed great respect regarding my matter and took it seriously. I would recommend to anyone in a legal situation to take his advice and suggestions on board.

On the day of my hearing Josh adapted to the situation and the result was fantastic! Out of the 3 charges I had, 2 of the charges were completely withdrawn and the other charge was a non conviction, resulting in me having a clean criminal record.
