My father chose Paton Hooke Lawyers to act for him to process his estate. Initially we met with James Paton who was very helpful. He read and explained the will and advised us of the steps we needed to take to allow the processing of Dad's estate to happen.
During the gathering of information stage we dealt with Anne Louise Jones who was wonderful. Nothing was too difficult for her and her attention to detail was perfect.
I would not hesitate in recommending Paton Hooke Lawyers and their team to act on my behalf for administering an estate and attending to a property sale. They were excellent !!!

Huge thanks to James and his team at Paton Hooke for facilitating, drafting, polishing and finalising our wills, powers of attorney and enduring guardianship documents with such finesse, timeliness and sensitivity.

The most unprofessional Lawyers i have ever dealt with. They start with bullying tactics and making nonfactual claims, then move on to totally ignoring all contact for 9 days, before finally having an assistant advise that James Paton is on leave for 4 weeks and no-one is looking after his cases. Cue a complaint with The Office of the Legal Services Commissioner and finally speaking to John Lenton the practice manager and a further 5 days of being totally ignored and refusing to take my phone calls. This business is completely unfit to practice family law in my opinion and should be avoided at all costs.
