I can't even begin to explain how terrible my experience was with this real estate agency. They are absolutely dishonest, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. From the very start, they were pushy and gave me the impression that they were just out to make a quick buck at my expense.

First of all, the inspections they conducted were a joke. They sent over an "inspector" who barely glanced at the property and then wrote up a list of completely fabricated damages. When I questioned it, they were rude and dismissive, acting like I was wasting their time. But the worst part? They then sent me fake invoices from made-up companies, demanding I pay for repairs that were never even needed.

It became clear that their whole process was just a scam to embezzle my bond money. Every item on the so-called invoice was from a business I couldn’t verify – and, surprise, none of these businesses even existed when I tried to track them down. It's honestly infuriating how blatantly they tried to manipulate me into paying for things that were either non-existent or already in perfect condition.

The entire agency is shady, disrespectful, and completely disorganized. I wouldn’t trust them with a dime of your money. They are nothing but thieves with a polished exterior. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs – you’ll be doing yourself a huge favor.

We had a terrible experience with this agency. For 6 months, they consistently overcharged us for property management fees, despite the agreement we had in place. When we finally noticed the discrepancy and raised the issue, they completely ignored our calls and emails.

Instead of addressing the overcharges, they became rude and defensive, even threatening to take us to the tribunal if we pursued the matter further. It was clear they were trying to avoid accountability and hold onto money they weren’t entitled to.

This company has no respect for its clients and clearly thinks it can get away with dishonest practices. Stay away unless you want to be overcharged and treated terribly when you try to get your money back!

Made multiple enquiries sent for properties I was applying for, even tried to enquire directly to the agency. Not a single response or even courtesy email to explain why. I don't even bother applying for a property if this agency is listed

This agent is the classic definition of over promising and under delivering.
The estimate given for what he believed the property could achieve was well up there.
I had tenants in the property vacating due to not wanting to have open homes so frequently. Perhaps private inspections for the keen potential buyer would have been a better option. Loss of income, months and months passing, rarely any updates on any interest from buyers. Then, to contact me and tell me that he believes the price is too high. No doubt it is! It took you a while to figure that one out. After back and forth communication, i suggested we advertise the property as 'Expression of interest' rather than a price. The agent agreed, but didn't do it for some time until another discussion was had to follow up.
The state of the house was not one I would have wanted a potential buyer to view it in.
The agent would not use photos I had of the property to advertise. Instead, he arranged with the photographer to take photos. These were not acceptable by any means and did not showcase the home in a favorable way. I still, had to pay for it.
So, over promising, failing to act, allowing the house to be seen in a undesirable way, not communicating well, me feeling like i was the one chasing him up to do his job, are some of the things I experienced with this real estate agent.
Do yourself a favor and look around. I had to pay for this mistake and can only blame myself.
