Had a great start with this business - so helpful and flexible when making our appt. Amazing hours and great on the phone. When we did meet he was very helpful and would have been 5 stars. Made a lot of caveats on his numbers/information such as "I'll have to check and get back to you" and "let me do some research and confirm those numbers" which we were fine to work with. Paid for the session and we never recieved any followup despite multiple attempts to get the numbers confirmed. The whole point of visiting the accountant is for people to get their numbers in order and he did not give us this info and no reply to our followup requests for information he promised to us. Had to pay another accountant to get our numbers organised. Quite disappointed as we were keen to support a new business but just can't quite recommend this one.
