I could not recommend Michael Pobi enough. He has a professional attitude, his knowledge is beyond extensive, competitive pricing and most importantly he is prompt to respond and delivers fast within his set out timeline. Michael drafted a bylaw for Strata that I needed to get renovation of my unit approved, which he delivered with all details within 2 business days.

I had plans to renovate my apartment that required by-law exemptions written for strata approval. I had little to no knowledge of by-laws or the process involved and soon after receiving my email, Michael called me to guide me through the steps.
