If I could give a 0 I would. If you walk in and Judy is working, I'd recommend leaving. She's incredibly rude and incompetent at her job. She made my nose bleed doing a simple nazzle swab and pushed my head up against the wall! She self admitted that she's not the best at taking blood and recommended coming back when someone else is working another time to. I think its time she retires or undertakes a training course.

IF YOU ARE PREGNANT AND NEED A GTT TEST DO NOT GO HERE!!!! After a rude arrival they did not triage the patients. I sat there for 20mins and they still didn’t call my name (previous patients had their test and walked out the door) I requested my paperwork back, which is when the rude older lady told me they were triaging patient, Everyone’s paperwork was FACE DOWN on a bench where 3 other people had walk in and placed their paperwork on top. Explain to me how that is triaging!!!! I would have sat there another 15 mins before they even started the 2 hour process. So if your pregnant go somewhere else!!!

Turned up today to a sign that said "closed indefinitely". This needs to be updated online so people don't waste their time.
Staff were always lovely, hopefully they figure out reopening. It's a great service to have in Deeragun. A shame that vandalism has led to them shutting.
