Tiffany Cooper has been a very good strata manager for the body corporate I have been involved with. I found Tiffany and other staff members at Hartley's to be helpful & Knowlegeable in their various roles. I would definitely recommend Hartley's as a Body Corporate Manager.

Update: Hartley's contacted me about this review. It was not to engage with my feedback and find out why I felt this way. Instead they felt it was misrepresentation to say we had four property managers in 9 months. Instead they wanted to clarify it was 2 property managers and 2 caretaker property managers (aka known as four people). So happy to add this addition for Hartley's 😂

An extremely difficult organisation to deal with, both as a committee member and an individual lot owner. The turnover of body corporate managers is intense (4 in 9 months) and there is no continuity of communication and records. Our work registry was a mess with minimal updates. Owners complaining of lodging concerns that were not recorded or answered. At an organisational level they seem to have minimal care factor as to issues we have encountered. I previously tried to set up a phone conversation with management to pass on my concerns, and was essentially told "we won't engage, you need to talk to your individual contact". Definitely don't recommend if you value your body corporate!

Our building in Teneriffe uses Hartleys and have found their staff very good . In particular Tiffany is outstanding , very diligent with her processes and very professional in her approach in dealing with body corporate issues and problems.
