Sometimes, it’s about the customer service and kind people.… I desperately needed to go to the toilet today and they were very kind and let me use their toilet even though I was not a client. I thought that To be very kind, especially when there are public toilets next door, I just did not have the key. Thank you so much for not being strict about people using your toilet. This is probably the strangest review that you have had.

Just had four wisdom teeth removed this week, an experience I was not looking forward to. The Oral Surgeon was so friendly that I was put at ease very quickly. He made sure I understood what was happening and made sure I was comfortable before even examining my mouth. The Dental Assistant was so caring and supportive throughout the entire process. I was kept informed throughout and at the end they made me feel like I had accomplished a great feat. The receptionist brought in an ice pack and I was told to relax, I was not rushed out, they made sure I was coping alright before leaving. Highly professional practice, very efficient and the staff genuinely care about each and every one of their patients. I felt like I was a member of family, rather than just another patient.
I highly recommend Gumdale Dentists and I will be returning there for any further treatment. Thank you to every one of you who was there on that day.

Been to this dentist a few times and always really well looked after by both front counter staff and dentists especially. They were always friendly and would listen to all my questions and concerns I had.

However when I booked an appointment through Hot doctor, i receiver a text message to cancel or reschedule at 3:27 pm the day prior to my appointment and I had to respond by 4 pm. I was unable to respond due to work and the morning of my appointment I was told I had been canceled due to not responding to this text.

I attempted to talk with the receptionist and explain my situation however I was repeatedly spoken over and cut off and told I would be be at fault for not responding to the text and couldn’t offer any acceptable time to rebook within the next 2 days.

I am one who does not like going to the dentist. I always say finding a good dentist is like finding a good mechanic. It’s hard to find one that is 100% honest at a fair price and does a great job.

Well I’m happy to say the Gumdale Dentist service is the best. Friendly staff, great reminders and follow up!

Dr Mahkam is easily the best Dentist I have ever seen. Great quality work, explains everything and gives options according to budget. I have had minimal pain and no issues and the cost has been very reasonable.

No one likes going to the dentist but I can not recommend Dr Mahkam and the Gumdale team more!

I have been coming to Gumdale dentist for many years since I was a kid and they have always given me the best care possible. The welcoming and friendly reception staff and the passionate and knowledgeable dentist, I could not recommend a dentist practice any more.
I am now currently getting braces with Dr Tim and he has been so incredible. I can’t wait to see the results!

If you are looking for a reason to book in with them this is it, you won’t find a better dentist anywhere!!

The staff at Gumdale Dentists are exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful. They're supportive and do as much as possible to work around my severe needle phobia and I can't thank them enough for being patient with me. Both my wife and I were treated by Dr Reza here. The level of professionalism we received was far beyond expectation. He explained everything to us very patiently and in great detail, which convinced us to take much better care of our oral health. The staff at the centre are also very kind and friendly.
