Shepparton Conveyancing Services

We sort their service as they knew our house having been the previous vendors conveyancer. They do have a monopoly in Shepp which makes there prices somewhat high.

They are somewhat professional, but felt they worked against us rather than for us on giving us advice. Sometimes quite rude, condescending and patronizing on phone and email.

Anyway. There are many other online conveyance services which are way better. If you really need someone to see face to face In Shepp then I presume you won't have much choice with Rachel and co.

Wouldn't recommend Shepparton Conveyancing Services for any first time home buyers. I was not kept updated through the process and didn't know where the process was at and I was made to feel like a nuisance when I called to give my own update and get feedback.

First home purchaser, not happy at all. I was called at work, yelled at and accused of being a liar by staff at shepp conveyencing because I said the bank was ready to settle. I had spoken to bank earlier that day. When settlement was finalized and statements sent out, none of the figures add up. The amounts paid out in cheques were more than what was listed as charged, with no explanation where the extra money paid came from. I have asked for explanation with no reply.
