I have been going to Knots + Niggles for a while to help with my chronically tight & painful muscles. They provide a relaxing environment & intense remedial massages - an uncommon combo in my experience! Janette is a remedial massage wonder - she has incredible strength to dig deep into knotted muscles and shares practical advice on ways to stay limber between appointments. Ash is another fabulous remedial therapist - pairing expert knowledge on physiology with firm pressure to relieve pain. While I've only had one session with myotherapist Sandra so far, I've been impressed with her compassionate manner and skill.

Really enjoy the calm and professional atmosphere at this small clinic. Ash is a very skilled and knowledgeable therapist, who takes the time to listen and ask questions to know just what you need. She has a rare knack for finding the source of problems and pain, and working on the area while checking in and talking through what she's doing and tips to manage after the session. Thank-you!

This is my 'go to' clinic for the best massage and treatments. Sandra and her team are such great therapists. I have had massages with Sandra and Nem which were divine and the latest I treatment I had was Reflexology with Emma which was so relaxing and therapeutic. Love you all!

Highly recommend Knots and Niggles!
I have had several massages now with Ash she is amazing, very knowledgeable & professional.
Her remedial massages which can include cupping and needling loosen up all the tight spots and I leave feeling sooo much better!!

Hands down the BEST Myotherapy and Remedial Massage team I have ever been too. Sandra goes the extra mile and it is so clear how much she cares about getting you back to feeling your best. Hands down the BEST massage I have ever had. Completely fixed my sore neck/back in one session. My therapist suggested some exercises to try that would help and I have not had any paid since - would still go back for the lovely massage though!

I have been attending this clinic for over a year and highly recommend it. I am happy to drive 15 minutes each way for an appointment, knowing that the treatment I receive will be effective.
For remedial massage I have been very impressed with Janette who always seems to be able to work out where the knots are and set me back on the right path.
Recently I have had myotherapy treatments with Nem. Nem has excellent knowledge and has been very effective in his techniques and recommended exercises.
I have great confidence in all the therapists at the clinic. It is a very clean and comfortable clinic, and the therapists are friendly and respectful, in addition to excellent therapists. I have no hesitation in rating it with 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
