I was introduced to Danni Hudson at Maison Advisory via a local real estate agent who said she was different, that she was a "weapon" when it came to finding the right property. After eight long months of trying to find something on my own, juggling travel and work comittments, I finally met with her. I engaged Danni on the spot, and less than a month later, I had purchased the property I now live in. Let me tell you what is brilliant about Danni. She listened and I mean really listened. She challenged me when it needed to happen. She was relentless and brought everything to the table. She did everything she said she would. her word was her bond. She understood the emotional capital invested in the purchase of a home. She negotiated the deal perfectly (that's the weapon bit, right there) and found me the perfect (and I mean perfect) property for well under my budget. Add to all of this, she is a bloody delight. She is hilarous and fun and was kind enough to laugh at my gags but also, kind of metaphorically held my hand when things got real. I was very very skeptical about having a buyers' agent, being from WA, but it was worth every cent and then some. Danni is the best. Go speak to her. If you don't, it's your loss.
