I had a very disappointing experience with Sydney Property Conveyancing. As a first-time homebuyer, I expected professional guidance, but the conveyancer assigned to me was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Despite initial promises of support, the process was confusing and poorly communicated. Important details, like the strata plan, were not explained, and I received multiple emails with large documents lacking any clarity on what they meant.
There were frequent changes in what was said and promised, making me feel lost throughout. I even had to address errors in critical documents myself, including incorrect calculations and a wrong address. After settlement, I was surprised with an additional invoice, bringing my costs above the initially quoted amount, without receiving thorough service. I would not recommend this service to anyone seeking reliable conveyancing.
