I am really grateful for the support and guidance I received during my mediation session with Kate. It helped me work through some tough conversations in a calm, respectful space where I felt genuinely heard. The process brought a lot of clarity and has helped set a better foundation moving forward. Things are still a work in progress, but I’m feeling much more positive thanks to the way Kate facilitated everything from the first initial phone call, to facilitating the mediation to the very end . I highly recommend Kate Grafenauer as a mediator. Kate assisted me in the process of a significant debt recovery. At the time Kate was a lawyer. The process we under took, the steps Kate used and the skill Kate displayed all indicated that she was not only a very good negotiator but also that she would be a very good mediator. Kate’s knowledge, expertise and experience were put to the test at times. In each situation, Kate was able to suggest possible alternatives for me to explore that enabled me to overcome a number of issues that could have meant that I was not going to be able to recover my debt. I cannot recommend Kate highly enough in her role as mediator and wish her every success in the future.
