On the whole, communication was quick and polite - but the main problem is that we were rented a property that was advertised as 4 bedrooms, which was in fact 3 bedrooms. We needed the 4 bedrooms, but didn't complain as our holiday was too short to stuff around for half a day in finding somewhere else. No attempt made to rectify our disappointment afterwards other than a platitude.

Booking 7 months in advance and paid in full is what I did. But 18 days before the booking date 'Sue' said that there has been a double booking and now we have no accommodation. Thanks for no help whatsoever 'Sue', with your snarky comments, dismissive tone and constant lies.

I wont go into detail as I could write a novel, but If I could rate them In the minus they would be minus 5 stars. Avoid at all costs, it seems from previous reviews they haven't changed over the years at all. So save your self the stress and go else where!

These people do not know what customer service is. The girls that work here are rude, they are not helpful and helping customers seems to be an inconvenience to them. I've left multiple messages but they never returned my calls every time I followed up, the person was never in the office and no one else could help me. I tried for about a week and gave up. I've never written a review (good or bad) because I couldn't be bothered but this place has changed that.
