Absolutely the worst place to do a tax return. The agent was rude and condescending throughout the process. I now need assistance further and my emails have been ignored, finally reached them on phone to which the agent was again rude, ignored the feedback I gave and proceeded with something I didn’t ask for. This was all after she proceeded to tell me I was someone else and she hadn’t done a return for me. I absolutely regret getting my return done here, waste of money and I will now be seeking another agent to review the return because I don’t even think it’s correct. If I could give no stars, I would.

Not happy! Have been over charged for our tax return! This is the second time H&R block strathpine have done this. The only reason why we gave you a second chance is because we got a refund after we made a complaint the first time. I questioned the accountant this time regarding our fee and I was told it was right! Now after giving feedback we are told we were over charged! Not happy with the level of service and fees charged. It is sad the way you have treated long term 'valued' clients. Safe to say we will not be back next year.

Don't waste your time doing tax here. I was told most things that normally claim every year I wasn't able to claim this year regardless of having receipts or not, so most things were not added to my claim. Wasn't untill I was told I still owed the ATO $300 plus dollars that someone over looked the claim and fixed the medi care levy. 100% will do my own tax from now on considering paid professionals are this bad surly I could do better

Extremely poor service. Tax agent delivered me conflicting And confusing information varying significantly from previous years with H&R. They lodged different information as to what I was lead to believe was being lodged. Trusting their professional opinions in good faith I’ve been left out of pocket thousands of dollars as shown by a second opinion. If you want a tax agent that works in the favour of the government and not you, the customer, then this is your place. *Edit in reply to response. This is nothing more than a public attempt to save face. Requested a breakdown of costs with no reply to me is as good as admitting fault. Avoid this place like the plague.
