No good came from using this department. They continued to loose contact details for eight months and refused to give any details of their negligence. If you want to see your children give them a miss. 5 times I had to give contact details and still im shore they never contacted my boys mother. I blame them for not being able to see my son again.

DO NOT GO HERE! I waited months to receive the most unhelpful inexperienced service whilst my 5 year old son and I waited to see each other. This place was a complete WASTE OF TIME. We achieved NOTHING. Mediation was absolutely hopeless and I was told later by different lawyers they are aware of the same outcome from this place. Spend some money or do your research. There are many more options out there. I wasn’t aware of that 😡😡
