P2P look after my daughter's NDIS plan for which I am very grateful. It is one less job I need to handle. Our providers are paid within days of sending through their invoices. Customer service top notch! Keep up the good work P2P!

Ring every week to ask for them to send me the remittance for a paid invoice. It never gets sent until I ring them. So many times I have asked for them to fix this issue and even add in a note for them to make sure to send through the remittance. Every time they are unapologetic and dismissive. Never had this issue with other plan managing companies. Seriously sick of it…

The ladies that work for parent 2 parent at Woombye are truly amazing at their work… They have been my plan managers since I started NDIS and their work is superb… I would highly recommend parent 2 parent for NDIS participants… Well, done, everyone😀
