Appointments cancelled..time after time !!!! . Absolutely useless. And that for pallative care doctors. When they finally have time..you might be dead !! I completely lost faith in this whole.. pallative care system. Hope you proud of yourselves.

Absolutely trash receptionists who don’t answer the phone at the consulting suites. May have been a lot further for me to travel but I should of stayed with my dr down Clayton Monash. Think twice before becoming a patient at this dump

Great friendly reception greeting & plenty of comfortable seating in the waiting area. Great access to public toilets that are exceptionally clean. The Doctors have always been very kind & helpful to questions asked.👌

Just had my appointment there I waited half a hour past my time which was good sometimes have waited longer I then had to make a appointment for another 3 mths time standing at counter I could see the girl (tiana) was typing something but she didn't even acknowledge me and say won't be long stood there for over 10 mins when another girl served me this Tiana still hadn't even made eye contact I fully understand in the health industry you get busy but sorry front house staff need to be professional and how she was today was far from that don't know if she is new or in training but staff need to acknowledge patients thanks

They changed my appointment without consulting me. They left a message . I tried to call back and they did not answer on landline number or mobile number. Was on hold for 15 mins. Then I was cut off as the clinic closed at 4.45. Better not get charged for appointment. Will be taking it further.

They do not deserve a single star. Been trying to get hold of them for over a week. No call to post op appointment from op 4 weeks ago. Doc going on leave and I know they need to fix something. Even left a voicemail with complaints at hospital and no return call. Beyond mad I am now. Wait till I do get hold of you. I’ll be coming in person shortly!!!

Absolutely hopeless, really annoyed I drive down for them to tell me they gave me the wrong time so I miss my appointment, the next appointment they cancel it and give me another day and time, so I go down, they didn't even book me in so they say come back later on. Then I was told it could have been a phone appointment. Waste of my time. Do they think I can just drop everything to keep coming down, really not happy.
