In my experience, Phil Herrald was an incompetent lawyer. At my first appointment with him, I was charged several hundred $ and 1. Received no actual legal advice, 2. Was not shown or given a copy of the contract that had been prepared by the other parties' lawyer, 3. Had to endure long winded stories about his personal health issues 4. He shared intimate details of other clients' cases.
I actually couldn't believe the level of unprofessionalism involved in my dealings with Phil Herrald. His staff also called and harassed me (several calls) for exposing him to COVID. Neither I, or any members of my family, had ever had COVID!
I ended up signing a crappy contract that disadvantaged me because I just wanted this nightmare to end. Avoid this place!
