Nat and Jenny were super kind, patience, and honest when supporting me through my “buying a first home” journey. I remember sending Nat and Jenny 9 different properties over the period of 3 months before finding the perfect place, in each of those previous properties, Nat and Jenny ensured to review them carefully so I didn’t buy a place that had a potential “price drop” hidden detail. From the place that was built on a past chemical factory, to the place with underground drainage issues, to the place with body corp issues, to the place with a hidden agreement between the current owners and their neighbours about fixing the fence, and finally to the place that was at high risk of flooding due to it “down the hill” position. Nat and Jenny never rushed me throughout the entire process but instead ensuring that I understand what I want and if it works for me now and in the future. They also allowed me to ask a lot of basic questions. I am very grateful to Nat and Jenny and their professionalism and definitely recommend Coral Close Conveyancing to anyone especially first home buyer.

I have done many buy/sell transactions for properties on the Peninsula, in Melbourne and the Dandenongs over the years with Jenny, and later Nat, at Coral Close.

They are efficient and such lovely, patient ladies to deal with - even with complex settlements. Everything is done on time.

Fees are also fair for the work involved. I'd never think of going elsewhere.
