I have been using Sphere for over 8 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Brett, Helen, Allyson and the team are always super helpful with their caring and professional service and advice. They always allow me to take as much time as I need to fully understand my business and where it is at so I can effectively manage my financial processes.
The team always respond very quickly, often taking the time to give me a call so we can discuss solutions and ideas. I feel comfortable asking questions and seeking Brett's advice before I make decisions, this support is super important to me especially as I am a single mum.
The personal service Sphere offer is something I really value. Brett, Helen and Allyson take the pressure off and make the whole taxation and accounting process very easy and clear.

I’ve had a pretty terrible time being a client at Sphere. The amount of anxiety and stress they caused me is wild. I’ve been constantly left in the dark, messed about, made uncomfortable, patronised, ignored…I could go on. Extreme lack of communication, clarity and follow through all for a very overpriced fee. Made a mess of my business accounting that is now being sorted and corrected by another accountant who has helped me more in 2 meetings than Sphere did in years.
