I would give them ZERO stars if I could. They have been cheating my partner who was new to the country with cookie cutter tax lodgements. She is now 2 years behind on tax, and been paying fees that she should be exempt from for the last 2 years. They asked for many documents but didn't lodge any deductions. NONE.
