From the very beginning, Marie was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was friendly, professional, and gave us practical, honest advice that saved us from spending money on unnecessary and expensive marketing initiatives that would have made the agent’s job easier but added little value to our sale.

Marie provided a very realistic and well-researched appraisal of our unit and worked tirelessly to ensure it was presented in the best possible way. Her approach was transparent and focused on achieving the best outcome for us — not just on “selling us” on extra services.

In the end, Marie achieved a sales price higher than the estimates provided by other, higher-profile agencies in the area. Those agencies had suggested a lower price and were pushing us toward costly upsells, but Marie’s strategy delivered a far better result.

Don’t be fooled by George’s young age. He is obviously highly knowledgeable about the real estate market, competent & confident. Melissa the Property Manager is one of the rudest, most humourless, arrogant and unfriendly property managers I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The monotone and extremely unfriendly tone in which she answers the phone alone should be enough to warn you off using this agency. She outright told us porky pies on enquiries we made, as we discovered after calling another agent and asking them similar questions. I would discourage any lessees and lessors, against using this agency to let through. You would think there would be more of a small town hospitality vibe with an agency in Tewantin, but all we experienced was big town rudeness.
