Please be warned. Bradley Munt & Co is not the person or place you want to handle your Legal/Court Matters. Not only does he not respond to any emails, or phone calls, he also does not turn up to Court for your appearances. Leaving you standing there looking like a fool, with no documentation either. You will be left to do everything yourself, while he gets paid for nothing. And oddly the only time he does manage to send you an email is when it’s the bill & then he seems to have all the time in the world to chase you for that. Please for your Legal rights, money & importantly your sanity, go elsewhere. Anywhere but here will be better. Good luck.

Nothing more needs to be said. Can I leave zero stars? Office closed down permanently and conveyancing files and estate/will file gone with this incompetent man. Doesn't get messages to get documents from a conveyancing file because phone for his office is disconnected. Office is up for lease! Legal Services Commission took him to QCAT for disciplinary matters earlier this year; on two matters, and then he closed up his legal practice. Read the other reviews, should have read the reviews before agreeing to having this man do the conveyance.

At first was pleasantly surprised at the low cost and seemingly helpful staff. Then found responses very slow. having to call & email numerous times before someone getting back to me. But i sucked it up because of good price. My settlement was behind the timeline by 3 weeks using their services, and then I got stung with an extra $500 bill nobody had mentioned. Would have preferred to pay that money to someone else with prompt & better service.

Extremely rude human being on the phone - can't imagine what he's like in person. Spoke to me like absolute cr*p . wouldn't accept taking an email address for my boss who he wanted to talk to about a mutual client because over the phone is 'easier' even though I advised she was too busy to take phone calls currently as she's back to back in meetings. scoffing everytime i said my boss was too busy for a phone call, interrupted every word i said and wouldn’t let me finish one sentence. practically screaming at me through the phone when I told him to let me finish what I'm saying before he started talking again. Not even dealing with him directly for anything and I would not recommend him or his services at all.

Will not return Emails or phone calls. I have been waiting on a $500 refund from Brad for just over 2 months I payed him for work that I didn't need doing in the end. I've asked for a refund no calls no emails no refund. Stay clear of this guy he is as dodge as a used car sales man.

I would never recommend this place. The only time he was quick to call me was when he wanted money other then that dosnt answer emails or return phone calls. I have been waiting 3.5 months for a phone call back about what is going on with my case he never calls back or is never in the office when I turn up.

Would not recommend at all my settlement was held up by a week I was given wrong account details to deposit money to them they had a go at the bank for even calling them don’t respond to emails and if you dare to call the lady is snappy
