Total scam artists.

I visited them to enquire about their service & chose not to proceed with the agent named "Christian" as they had limited knowledge about tax deduction for remote workers.

Months later, I've now received an invoice of $140 odd from them even though no service was ever availed as I never even bothered to get a quote from them.

Abosultely disgusting behaviour.

Why do they even have my details after all these months?

Pls stay away for your own good!

I have used QTax a number of times over the last few years. Previously they were great but this year was a joke!!!!!! They got me the most basic return back and then charged me more for their fees, they took 100 out of my bank and now weeks later they're trying to take an additional 74. Apparently this is normal?
WILL NOT be using them again!!!!!
