Calxa makes reporting against budget so much easier, and gives us so many powerful tools to track our expenditure. Prior to Calxa we had been using cumbersome Excel spreadsheets with manual data transfer from MYOB - this was extremely time consuming, and led to many errors.

Calxa also makes creating new budgets and budget reviews a breeze, and has ensured we are able to implement best practice financial reporting and accountability.

Such an easy to use and intuitive piece of software. Calxa is a great product. It makes Budgeting bearable, produces fantastic, customisable reports and builds meaningful off the balance sheet KPIs.

The time it saves me is phenomenal. In our old Management Reporting system, when I found a mistake, I would fix it in our accounting software & then spend over 4 hours fixing the excel manually produced Management Reports. Now I find it, fix it, sync it & re-export. This process takes about 10 minutes.

The support team are excellent, they provide fast and accurate answers to any problem.

I looked at several financial reporting app’s and Calxa came out the best for the scope of its product and the aesthetic design and flexibility of its reports. This is a 5-star product.
