This review concerns Mr G Schroeder and does not relate to Mr O'Keefe or any other staff member.
In March this year, my neighbour, a mobile car mechanic who also operates his unauthorised business at home in a residential area, installed a 4.5 ton car hoist in his backyard (uncovered) less than 1mtr from my fence line. This action resulted in me formally complaining to Council with photos I took of cars and utes on the hoist. My neighbour then actioned a Interim Intervention Order against me claiming I had taken photos of his scantily clad children playing in his backyard. This was a lie and not given any credibility by the local police. At the Court before the Hearing, Mr Schroeder asked if I was represented to which I replied no. With that he proceeded to what can only be described as intimidation, waving his arms and hands in the air and very loudly telling me that I had nothing, they had the Order and I should accept it. It was a one way blasting conversation from him. No doubt to impress his client. I told him I would request a Contested Hearing. He sneered and again loudly, to ensure all in front of the Court House could hear, told me they would win and seek costs. I am 85, walk with a cane and blind in one eye. Thankfully though, not easily bullied.
The result was that I was granted a contested hearing. The Magistrate did not allow the Order. He too, did not believe the lies. No costs were granted.
Behaviour such as this from Mr Schroder deserves no stars.

This review is about Graham Schroeder, not Mr O'Keefe or any other staff member that may work there. This lawyer Mr Schroeder drew up new EPOA documents on behalf of a request from an abusive person allowing them to gain control over a "Loved one", their finances and personal care. Someone that was "medically diagnosed with Dementia by not one but 2 legitimate medical professionals, a well known neurologist from Geelong who had been treating the patient since 2019 and a local GP". This lawyer took it upon himself to do his own half hearted mini mental test that he downloaded from the internet, on that loved one (please note only a current registered medical professional can do this test, NOT A LAWYER ). Then decided in their professional opinion as a lawyer, that the "LO" had capacity and helped
encouraged the loved one to sign a new EPOA even though that "LO" lacked the cognitive capacity to do so. Opening up a hornets nest of emotional and physiological abuse to be perpetrated on the "LO" for 4 months whilst awaiting a VCAT hearing to have it overturned and then a further 6 months waiting for the Office of the Public to thoroughly investigate the situation. Needless to say the EPOA drawn up by Mr Schroeder was overturned. But the damage to the "LO" had been done. This is not a person you want representing your best interest. If I could personally give Mr Schroeder zero stars I would!

Have never dealt with a more switched on lawyer than Graham. On the ball.. thinks outside the box, gives you full confidence. I have never been so confident in someone looking over business contracts. I have recommended him to anyone I know who needs a lawyer and will continue to do so
