Mr Green requested payment in advance for each stage of the work to be performed by him.
After the first stage Mr Green and I disagreed about how to advance my case and we parted ways.
Subsequently I represented myself and I was ultimately successful.
Overall, I found my experience with Mr Green unpleasant.

I was in contact with Spyridon Augoustinos of Green & Associates Lawyers of Sydney, NSW, in regard to a property selling dispute, where the buyer was refusing to settle on the grounds of incorrect contractual conditions being used and was arguing to declare contract being null and void with a refund of part deposit as a generous gesture, else, the buyer will take legal actions on us.
