I will never recommend Financial Services Tasmania for any tax return needs.
Few weeks ago, I made an appointment on their online portal and the system confirmed time and date. I then received a call plus an email from their receptionist confirming the same appointment.
On the day, I turned up around 20 minutes earlier for 8am appointment and found out that office was closed it was unattended. I then waited for half hour thinking that someone will be here in a short span of time. When no one turned up, I called around 10 times from outside the office and still the phone kept on ringing. At that stage, I was very sad and angry about this unpleasant and unprofessional experience and drove back home. Later I received a call from this extremely rude and arrogant person (maybe receptionist or other staff), saying that they don’t operate on Saturdays and it must have been an automated email which was generated from our booking tool. Her tone was very negative with no attitude of apology nor any emphathy.
I will personally not recommend anyone to go to these guys for any taxation needs. This will be going further in media. I have all screenshots and records of the conversations.
