I started my treatment program after an initial consultation with Dr Mo, whose caring and professional approach convinced me to sign up. Unfortunately, Dr Mo had to leave for family reasons, and Dr Leah took over my care for about three-quarters of the program. Her work on my back and neck helped somewhat.

However, when Klara—who was running the practice—went on maternity leave, the overall standard seemed to drop noticeably.

I completed all my booked sessions but still had four treatments to rebook from earlier cancellations. I then had to urgently travel overseas for family reasons, but I expected at least a phone call or email to check in, arrange a final assessment, or remind me about the remaining sessions.

It has now been over two months without any contact from the clinic. Sadly, it feels like once the final payment is made, the follow-up and client care disappear, despite the warm and reassuring promises made during my first consultation with Dr Mo.

Could not recommend these guys highly enough, almost 20 years of constant back and neck pain, seeing countless physios, other 'chiropractors' osteopaths with no results, just a 'crack this, massage that' approach, without much in the way of diagnosing or exploration for the cause. After my first appt, I was given a diagnosis, treatment plans and finally an answer to why I've felt the way I do ( I was worse than even I thought...) The staff here are absolutely fantastic, very personable, helpful and professional. Finally have hope for a pain free future 🙏
If you are even considering seeing anyone, see these guys, Dr Mo is a wealth of knowledge, and Clara is an absolute pleasure to interact with.

Not sure how legal it is to sell Chiro session packages.
Made my condition sound really bad and time sensitive, got a second opinion from GP and a third opinion from another Chiro, basically my condition was exaggerated by Dr. Mo to push me to purchase the package on the spot.
It’s no surprise when I run into someone with the exact same experience at my current Chiro practice.
Dr Mo has a history of leaving 5 star review for where he practices back in mainland.
Also, it’s usually not a good sign when a practice rebrand three times in just a few years.

Dr Mo and his team is very professional and dedicated. My husband and I went in for a check and had a thorough examination. Dr Mo has explained the current situation of our spines in detail with great images and reports obtained through the latest technology tools at their premises. We have been adjusted for the last 3 months and dedicated to a long term treatment plan with him since we have already witnessed the impacts of his adjustments. My mother in law is also a new patient now. Next is our kids! Highly recommend this very personal service!

Always made to feel very welcome and given excellent care. Platinum Spinal centre goes above and beyond, dr Mo and the treatments have helped my headaches and lower back issues greatly. The technology used is amazing too.

Dr Mo and staff are very helpful so you can understand the process.
In the first month I feel 100% better sciatica has improved with more movement in the back and legs and the pain is easing every day so far would highly recommend.
