Sarah was such a professional and responsive mortgage broker. Although we thought out lending would be straight forward Sarah, Dotti and the team were incredibly thorough to ensure compliance and documentation was all in place for a swift and efficient settlement! Sarah was so kind, knowledgeable, and really great to work with. She explained everything to us (sometimes multiple times), was always available for our questions, and worked so hard to make everything easy for us and made sure we were comfortable. I cannot recommend her enough, I would use Sarah again in a heartbeat!

Sarah came very highly recommended and seemed fantastic when we met with her. Unfortunately after that she was completely unresponsive and her overseas admin team were disorganised. After wasting several weeks (and missing the opening date of an expanded government scheme) we were forced to start again with another broker.
