I have made contact with the support staff on a number of occasions over the past 7 years. Always have found them to be courteous and helpful with advice and recommendations. In that period I successfully sold directly (by private treaty) two homes, one in Brisbane, Qld and one in Lismore, NSW. The advice provided in Jenman books and articles definitely aided me in obtaining BHPs (best highest price) for each residence. However, don't be dismayed by disparaging remarks and statements by agents who don't appreciate the Jenman way of selling. Your gain is their loss! Highly recommend the Jenman organisation services.
