A child could have lost an eye instead of the BLEEDING FACIAL INJURY that occurred from accidentally running into the splintered wood and protruding nails of a severely leaning (broken) common fence. Insisting on and waiting for the housing tenant to report it and only communicating with them, despite already being told of the danger of the lean toward the neighbouring side, led to this. This URGENT ISSUE, once again, posed a danger to the neighbouring side!! Not even the courtesy of informing the private owner of the repair date (which was HOW LONG LATER)..zero communication.
Don't wait until a child is electrocuted by a garden tap or loses an eye before fixing serious internal issues. Don't wait at all. ACT.
Have processes since changed? If so, its too little too late. Zero! stars.
