Got the job done but charged me an extra $100 for ?. No advisement this was happening. No reasons given at the time.
When I complained I was told it was because of extra time spent with my questions Spoke to her once. And that was to verify they had received all the paperwork I had sent (to the correct office .
email) but she said she had not received So yes, we had to spend some time going through what she actually received even tho it was all sent to same email address. Very abrupt and rude conveyencer.

So beware quotes and confirmations of fees payable as they seem to be very elastic and once taken out of your settlement statement it is gone.
